RETAINER TERMS

WHAT TO EXPECT

Payment Schedule

First month's payment is due in full before work begins or any shoot is scheduled. Subsequent months are invoiced on the 1st and due by the 5th.

Cancellation Policy

Month-to-month clients require 30-day written notice to cancel. 3-month clients commit to the full 3-month term.

Ad Spend

Ad spend is billed directly by Meta to the client. SPEC manages your pages and ad campaigns remotely as part of a retainer. Full management requires account access; if you prefer not to grant access, we deliver content and a posting plan instead.

Content Ownership

All content and accounts remain the property of the client. If we ever part ways, everything stays with you.
